Seamus

Seamus (shay-mus) is a one-of-a-kind blockhead who is ready to give his heart to the right person or family. He is a healthy Great Dane/Pit Bull mix with a heart of gold and the loyalty of an old soul. As a smart, strong athletic type, he will do best with a person (or family) who is a confident handler and lives an active, consistent lifestyle. Although he is perfectly content snoozing in a tight ball on a comfy bed, he also loves to run, jump, and play tug. His piercing amber eyes and handsome face give him a serious, regal look, but prepare to fall in love when he reveals his goofy side! Seamus has separation anxiety, so we are looking to adopt him to someone who has experience with anxious dogs. He loves the company of other dogs and, as he is being fostered at an in-home dog daycare and boarding facility, has shown compatibility with all breeds and sizes of dogs. Seamus is not a fan of kitties or small critters.
