Ella is a very sweet and energetic 9 year old pit/lab mix. She loves running, tug games, chewing heavy-duty rubber toys, and taking naps. She picks up new tricks quickly, but is strong-willed and easily distracted so she needs lots of consistent positive reinforcement to maintain behavioral changes. Ella plays well with other dogs and is good at de-escalating potential conflicts at the dog park.

 

She loves to run and explore but won't wander too far from her people. Ella can be a little anxious in new situations, so she needs some patience to warm up, but once she does she's very friendly and goofy. She's also very good with the cats in her foster home - they cuddle even so she could live with cats, provided you're willing to take the intros slow. Consider bringing sweet Ella into your home and hearts!
